Built a three-tier medical and communications framework covering satellite tracking, VHF/HF radio relay, advanced medical posts at 4,200m and 4,820m, and pre-mapped evacuation routes.
Athlete Management
Coordinated registration, briefing, medical screening, and race-day athlete welfare for 58 elite runners.
Community Integration
Designed economic model routing all accommodation, meals, and employment through local homestays and youth from Mugum Karmarong Municipality.
Stakeholder Coordination
Managed relations between Mugum Karmarong Rural Municipality, Nepal Adventure Running Federation (NARF), sponsors, and media.
Governance
Oversaw ITRA compliance, safety protocol adherence, and course certification requirements.
